Delivery in Bulgaria

For deliveries on the territory of Bulgaria, LilyEva works with courier company Econt.

Purchased products are delivered to the door at the address specified by the recipient or to an Econt office.

For orders over €50 (VAT included) the delivery is free of charge.
For orders up to €50 (VAT included), the delivery price to a specified address is €3.5 (VAT included) and to an Econt office is €2.5 (VAT included).

International Delivery

For international deliveries LilyEva uses the services of Bulgarian Posts.

Purchased products are delivered to the door at the address specified by the recipient.

The cost of delivery to an address outside of Bulgaria is determined depending on the country indicated and becomes clear when choosing a shipping address.

Delivery Times

The processing time for making the products is 20 working days. Once the ordered products are made, the delivery times vary according to the shipping destination and the chosen delivery method.

The delivery time for an address in the territory of Bulgaria is between 1 and 5 working days from the time the goods are dispatched.

The delivery time to an international address is between 7 and 30 calendar days from the time the goods are dispatched.

Order Tracking

You can track the status of your order in your client account.

Once the order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail with tracking number by which you will be able to track the location of the goods by the time of delivery (on the web sites of Econt / Bulgarian Post) .

Return Of Goods

We at LilyEva insist on the quality of our products and pay special attention to every detail. If for any reason we allow a faulty product to reach our customer, we will gladly supply you a refund (on the account of the bank card used to make the payment) or will offer a replacement.

You can fill in and submit a request for order withdrawal by clicking on the "Return Item(s)" button in the corresponding order in your client account (the button is visible up to 14 days after order completion). Once we receive the request, we will send an email with confirmation of your withdrawal request.

If a defect is found, LilyEva will cover the cost of the return shipping of the faulty item. If the faulty item is replaced, the shipping charge for the replacement will also be covered by LilyEva.
Upon return of a good without a defect, the return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the refund amount.

The deadline for requesting return of a product is 14 days from the date of arrival of the package to the customer.
The deadline for product return is 14 days from the receiving of the return request by LilyEva.
The deadline for refund is 14 days after LilyEva receives the return request. A delay in the refund may occur if LilyEva does not receive the returned goods or proof of their return within the aforementioned period.

All items for refund or replacement must be received in their original, unworn, unused condition with tags attached.

Customized products with personalization (stamped inscriptions, for example) are not subject to replacement or refunds.

Replacement of goods

We at LilyEva understand that different models suit different bodies. If a product is an incorrect size or you wish to swap for another model from our portfolio, we will be happy to offer you a size or model replacement.

Return shipping fees are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer.

In order for the replacement to be processed, items must be received in their original, unworn, unused condition with tags attached.

Customized products with personalization (stamped inscriptions, for example) are not subject to replacement or refunds.
